Being a Mother

How hard is it to be a woman...
We start with 'The female bird makes the nest', we are expected to do everything about life. What about a woman carrying and raising a life in her body, giving birth and breastfeeding it… During pregnancy, the expectant mother is allowed to host a new creature in her body
Lots of changes are being tracked to help. Interestingly, the triggering factor that initiates most of these changes is the stimulating substances secreted by the baby itself. Most of these changes in the body of the expectant mother begin very soon after fertilization and continue throughout the entire pregnancy, but end when the baby is born. It takes 6 weeks after the birth for the mother's body to fully return to its pre-pregnancy functions, and this process corresponds to the puerperium period, which is popularly known as "breaking out".
his birth; I see it as a journey that is a transitional phase in terms of the participation of a new individual in the family and society, and the woman becoming a mother. The birth of the baby from the womb is also a journey. But what I want to tell here is exactly a woman's journey to become a mother. A TRANSITION in terms of connecting baby and mother on the same level even when they are no longer in the same body. The visible aspect of this transition is that the baby physically leaves the mother's body. But there are many aspects of birth that are not visible to the naked eye or whose effects are not immediately apparent. When the birth process (if there is no problem in this process) works as nature predicts for the woman, the motives and emotions required for motherhood begin by themselves. A great love develops between mother and baby at the end of this process. Thanks to this love, the hormones make the woman a mother. Essential for nurturing, protecting and raising your baby
maternal feelings begin. Thus, a healthy and correct attachment process is a starting point for raising strong, self-confident generations. Of course, the process of pregnancy and becoming a mother does not always work right for some women. Sometimes some diseases, congenital anomalies, chemotherapy or radiotherapy at an early age or early menopause, the new disease of our age, do not allow us to experience this journey naturally. But to me, motherhood is supporting a baby on its way to being human. A woman can become the "mother" of her adopted child as soon as she sees it. Motherhood does not only mean giving birth, but every woman who labors, gives love and embraces a baby in need is a mother. Happy Mother's Day to all women whose hearts are mothers.
