Our healthy and seasonal nutrition videos continue. Today, let's talk about nuts, one of our snacks, the mineral and vitamin store of nature. In order for the vitamins, minerals and oil contents of nuts to remain healthy, they should be dried and stored in their hard shells. It should be consumed raw without roasting or salting. Nuts do not make you gain weight if consumed correctly, they are a natural source of omega 3, 6, 9 and many amino acids (vegetable protein). I recommend that we eat 1 handful of nuts a day, as a morning snack.
